Invited by the athlete's management to produce a content series during his Big Wave season in Nazaré, Portugal. Full access to the Porto de Abrigo — the operational base of the world's top Big Wave surfers, including names from HBO's 100 Foot Wave.
What I produced
4 videos covering: a one-year anniversary interview on his near-fatal accident, the science and cost of Big Wave equipment, the iconic Forte de São Miguel Arcanjo lighthouse and his pre-surf preparation routine.
